DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS • All deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits will have a 3.5% service fee. • The remaining balance can be paid in cash or card. If you choose to pay by card, the service fee of 3.5% will also apply. • Full balance is due at the time of service. • No refunds are issued, including after services are completed. ——— CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. • Same-day cancellations will also result in a full service charge. • Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges. ——— LATE ARRIVALS • Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in service adjustment or cancellation, and fees will still apply. ——— SERVICE SELECTION & ADD-ONS • Please select all services and add-ons at the time of booking. • Same-day add-ons are not guaranteed and depend on availability. • Booking the incorrect service may result in appointment adjustment, rescheduling, or cancellation, and fees will still apply. ——— HAIR PREP REQUIREMENTS • Please arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair. • For silk press services, hair must be free of oils, heavy creams, or leave-in products. • Excessive detangling, buildup removal, or prep time may result in additional fees or rescheduling. • If you would like a wash & blow-dry for braiding services, it must be booked separately. This is not included with braiding services. ——— HAIR CONCERNS & LENGTH REQUIREMENTS • Hair must be at least 4 inches all around for braiding services. • If you have thinning, breakage, or concerns about length or density, please inform me in advance or schedule a consultation. • Additional time and fees may apply for extra-long or extremely thick hair. Fees are determined during consultation and are non-negotiable. • If you arrive and your hair cannot be serviced, the full service fee will still apply. ——— SERVICE RESULTS • Results may vary based on hair texture, density, maintenance, and weather conditions. • Humidity, sweat, and moisture exposure may affect the longevity of styles. • No guarantees are made regarding how long a style will last. ——— SCHEDULING GUIDELINES • Please schedule your appointment on a day when you have sufficient time for the full service. • Avoid booking during short breaks or if you will need to leave early. • While every effort is made to stay on schedule, occasional delays may happen.
