Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits will have a 3.5% service fee.
• The remaining balance can be paid in cash or card. If you choose to pay by card, the service fee of 3.5% will also apply.
• Full balance is due at the time of service.
• No refunds are issued, including after services are completed.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
• A 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Same-day cancellations will also result in a 100% service charge.
• Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges.

LATE ARRIVALS
• Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
• After that, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted to fit the remaining time, and fees will still apply.

HAIR PREP REQUIREMENTS
• Please arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair, ready for braiding.
• If your hair requires detangling or prep, additional fees may apply.
• If you’d like a wash & blow-dry, please book it as a separate service. This is not included with braiding services.

HAIR CONCERNS & MINIMUM LENGTH
• Your hair must be at least 4 inches all around for braiding services.
• If you have thinning, breakage, or concerns about length, please inform me in advance or schedule a consultation.
• If you arrive and your hair cannot be serviced, the full service fee will still apply.

SCHEDULING GUIDELINES
• Please schedule your appointment on a day when you have enough time to sit for the full service.
• Avoid booking during a short break (e.g., lunch hour) or if you’ll need to leave early.
• While I make every effort to stay on schedule, occasional delays may happen. Your patience is appreciated.
